Carzon, RAgr (Registered Agriculturalist) as a contribution to support the office's mission of serving the agricultural community.
2. Developer Information
MAO Agribase was conceived, planned, designed, and programmed entirely by Allen James C. Carzon, RAgr. The developer is a Registered Agriculturalist who built this system voluntarily to help the Municipal Agriculture Office of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro streamline its agricultural data management processes.
This system is the result of sole individual effort, from conceptualization and system architecture to front-end and back-end development. The developer's goal is to provide a modern, reliable, and user-friendly tool that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the Municipal Agriculture Office.
3. Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All rights, title, and interest in and to MAO Agribase, including but not limited to its source code, design, architecture, UI/UX elements, documentation, and all related intellectual property, are the sole property of Allen James C. Carzon, RAgr.
Important Notice:
- This system shall NOT be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, shared, publicly displayed, or reverse-engineered in whole or in part without the explicit written consent of the developer.
- The system is built exclusively for the use of the Municipal Agriculture Office of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro and its authorized personnel.
- Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this system or its components is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

- Veterinary records, such as vaccination reports, and vitamin supplementation records for livestock and poultry.
- Agriculture and Biosystem Engineering records, including farm machinery inventory and equipment tracking.
- Records of issued certifications and endorsements.
- Office accomplishment records, including program details, budgets, and uploaded photos.
- Production summaries and archived historical data.
- AI-Powered Features Data:
- Diagnostics: Images and text descriptions you provide for analysis in the Plant Disease Diagnosis and Pest & Weed Identifier tools. This data is sent to a third-party AI service (Google's Generative AI) for processing.
- AI Assistant: Questions you type into the AI Assistant are processed to understand your intent and query the database. The content of your questions may be logged for auditing and improvement purposes.
- Geolocation Data: Farm boundary data (e.g., from KML files) that you upload for mapping and visualization purposes.
- Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect for auditing and security purposes, such as your user ID and timestamps for actions like data creation or updates.
- Cookies and Local Storage: We use essential cookies and local storage to manage your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use them for tracking or advertising.
5. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a secure, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you to:
- Create and manage your account and user profile.
- Provide AI-powered diagnostics for plant health and pest identification.
- Generate internal reports, statistics, and official documents for planning, monitoring, and submission.
- Provide insights and answer questions about your data via the AI Assistant.
- Visualize agricultural data on maps.
- Notify administrators of system events, such as new user registrations.
- Maintain the security, integrity, and operational functionality of the system.
6. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal or official information with third parties for their commercial purposes. Your information may be disclosed under the following limited circumstances:
- By Law or to Protect Rights: If we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to protect and defend the rights or property of the Municipal Agriculture Office.
- Third-Party Service Providers: Data for diagnostics and AI assistant queries is sent to Google's Generative AI Platform for the sole purpose of generating a result. This data is subject to Google's data privacy and security policies and is not used for training their models.
7. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Our data is stored on Google's Firebase platform, which provides robust security controls. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or misuse.

We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
